- Go to Shepherding and click on Cluster Coach
- Click on Add Report button on the top right corner
- A new section will appear with the following options:
- Weekly Cluster Oversight
- Discipleship
- Leaders Roundtable
- Training
- Select Discipleship.
- Then answer the question, “Did you have Discipleship this week?” Select Yes or No as applicable. By default, it is set to Yes.
- In the Report Name section, fill in the following details:
- Enter a name for your Weekly Cluster Oversight report.
- Select the report date.
- Choose a Care Group Name from the available options in the dropdown list.
