Go to Shepherding and click on Cluster Coach
- Click on Add Report
- A new section will appear with the following options:
- Weekly Cluster Oversight
- Discipleship
- Leaders Roundtable
- Training
- Select Weekly Cluster Oversight.
- Then answer the question, “Did you have Cluster Oversight this week?” Select Yes or No as applicable. By default, it is set to Yes.
- In the Report Name section, fill in the following details:
- Enter a name for your Weekly Cluster Oversight report.
- Select the report date.
- Choose a Care Group Name from the available options in the dropdown list.
- In the next step of the report, fill in the following details:
- General Observations (Planning, Activity, etc.)
- Planning
- Observation of Members
- Observation of Leaders
- What was a win?
- What can be improved?
- After completing all the fields, click Submit to successfully create the Weekly Cluster Oversight report.
