Add Weekly Cluster Oversight

Go to Shepherding and click on Cluster Coach

  • Click on Add Report
  • A new section will appear with the following options:
  1. Weekly Cluster Oversight
  2. Discipleship
  3. Leaders Roundtable
  4. Training
  • Select Weekly Cluster Oversight.
  • Then answer the question, “Did you have Cluster Oversight this week?” Select Yes or No as applicable. By default, it is set to Yes.
  • In the Report Name section, fill in the following details:
  1. Enter a name for your Weekly Cluster Oversight report.
  2. Select the report date.
  3. Choose a Care Group Name from the available options in the dropdown list.
  • In the next step of the report, fill in the following details:
  1. General Observations (Planning, Activity, etc.)
  2. Planning
  3. Observation of Members
  4. Observation of Leaders
  5. What was a win?
  6. What can be improved?
  • After completing all the fields, click Submit to successfully create the Weekly Cluster Oversight report.
